This High Wall Indoor Unit from the DXMHT Series features top of the line Full DC Inverter and Heat-Pump technology. It has 12,000 BTU in capacity, high SEER2 rating for high electrical efficiency, and runs on 208-230V/1Ph/60Hz. Plus, it is pre-charged with R454B; a nontoxic, nonflammable refrigerant which does not contribute to ozone depletion.

To assure you of the highest quality standards, this product is AHRI Approved and UL Listed. Plus, thanks to its high energy efficiency, it is Energy Star certified. Consult your local laws for energy efficiency rebates and subsidies.
